Topics on distance

The following piece intends to represent distance through sound by presenting contrasts between the surround sound of the sphere and that of the scattered pieces around it, as well as between the materiality of the ceramic and the technological aspect of the installation. In this way, the spectator's interaction with the piece gives rise to different moments (space-time frames), that are perceptible through the elements and their acoustics.

La siguiente pieza pretende representar una distancia a través del sonido. Para ello, se presentan contrastes entre la frecuencia envolvente de la esfera y el de las piezas esparcidas alrededor de ésta, así como entre la materialidad de la cerámica y el aspecto tecnológico de la instalación.  De este modo, la interacción del espectador con la pieza da lugar a distintos momentos (marcos espacio-temporales), que son perceptibles a partir de los elementos que la conforman  y de su acústica.
